Oztopku is a Turkish artist working in mixed media. Shortly after downloading these images I lost contact with him, and so can offer no further biographical or technical information on artist or work. He is clearly talented and professional and successfully integrates tradition and modernity. As his portrait indicates he appears to be in his twenties and is/was serving in the Turkish army.
